CUSTOMER SERVICE.

WHY ARE YOU NOT REPLYING TO ME?

Make sure to add info@justridecustoms.com to your contacts. Also check your spam folder, I end up there sometimes, grrrr.

WHEN ARE YOU WORKING?

I make your shirts, reply to your e-mails and post to social media Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Also known as...business days. I often forget to stop working, and usually do it all of the time. But please expect a response during normal business days.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to their being size charts on every product page, you can always get your correct size if you just take a quick minute and measure yourself. Sometimes, exchanges do need to happen. I accept exchanges within 30 days of shipment. Exchanges need to be shipped back to me, and I will send you another size. Please contact me and we can figure something out within those 30 days. 

I DON'T LIKE IT, WILL YOU GIVE ME A REFUND?

In this case, you will send your order back to me in mint condition with the same packaging within 15 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving you order I will determine if it is in great condition, and your refund will be sent.

OH NO, I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER!

No worries, it happens. If you realize you've made a mistake after purchasing from me, please be sure to e-mail me within 24 hours. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY SHIRT IS GOING TO FIT?

On every product page, I have put a sizing chart. My tees styles vary, so please don't expect the tees to all fit the same. If you have any size questions, you can also reach out to me and I'd be more than happy to help. 

DOES DA8 APPAREL OFFER GIFT CARDS?

YESSSSS. Except they’re a little nontraditional. If you’d like to buy a gift card from me (because it’d make for an awesome present, hello) head to the gift card section of my online store and add that to your cart. You'll be sent an e-mail with your gift card, which is a coupon code to be used on our site. 

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, I am not offering rush shipments right now. Please allow 6-8 business days for all made to order tees to be shipped out and 2 weeks for your custom tees to be shipped out. 

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER, NOW WHAT?

I aim to get absolutely every order right, but you know, human error is very possible. Please e-mail me if this is the case, we will get it sent back to me and get it fixed.

PRICING.

DO YOU EVER HAVE ANY SALES?

When i am caught up on custom orders, I try and make a few one offs to put on sale. These sales are on Facebook, and I will announce them on my social media channels. I do my best to do these every 2 months or so. It's first come first serve and they sell relatively fast. 

I DON'T LIKE YOUR PRICES, DO YOU HAVE COUPON CODES?

I am neither walmart, amazon or anywhere with super rad prices. Those are hugeeee companies, and it's only me here. I put in a lot of time and work into making each of these tees, think Etsy. I align my prices with other companies just like mine. If you have ordered from me, you know that I put a coupon code in your package. This coupon code gives you 10% off your next order and you can use it whenever you'd like.

PRODUCTS.

HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM TEE?

You'll go to the Custom Tees tab on my website and read the directions first. If you don't read the direction you may get a little confused and miss a step. If you follow the directions step by step, you should be golden.

WHAT DO YOU MAKE YOUR CUSTOM TEES WITH?

I start with high quality blank tees that you get to choose in step 1. As for the colors/glitter/metal/etc, I use high quality vinyl and a heat press. 

HOW DO I WASH MY CUSTOM TEE?

I have placed a washing card in every order, please follow those directions. Washing your custom tee without reading those cards may harm it. If you have a problem with your custom tee after washing it, please reach out to me. 

MY CUSTOM TEE LOOKS WRINKLY?

That can be normal with the vinyl design. If thats the case, take a dish town, place it over your design, and iron on the lowest setting. 

WHAT DOES MADE TO ORDER MEAN?

Besides my custom tees, every other tee is made to order. You place your order, than it's made. Thats all there is to it. Made to order helps give you the many different options to choose form. 

HOW CAN I FIND AN ITEM I WANT ON THE WEBSITE?

I have tried to organize my tees in categories to make it easier to find. If you have seen an items on social media that you like, you can use the search bar to find it. Just type in the name of the design, and you'll see every tee that design is on.

SHIPPING.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Right now, I do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are based solely on UPS/USPS costs. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

We do ship to most countries. Please keep in mind that I am based in California and shipping outside of the US costs a lot of money. The shipping cost and time is all USPS/UPS  based.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER AFTER I PURCHASE?

If you have designed yourself a full custom tee, your order will ship within 2 weeks. If you have purchased a made to order tee (anything other than a custom) your order will ship within 6-8 business days. 

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, WTF?

Patience is a virtue. But it’s hard to be patient when you’re waiting on our super cool tee’s. As stated above, your shipment will go out depending on what you ordered. Please keep in mind that I am a 1 person company and print every shirt, I am not a robot, and I do take days off. 

DO YOU SEND A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once I have fulfilled your order, a tracking number will be e-mailed to the email you put in at checkout.

MY ORDER SAYS IT'S BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT?

Please use the tracking number to see exactly where it has been delivered. You can call your local post office, and then e-mail me and we can move forward.
